We have on site facilities in our tool room to produce cutters for machining in our workshop. This is unique in Herefordshire. The CNC router can produce an exact match of a profile required by a customer, and then be machined in our workshop. This also eliminates having to source cutters from other companies and for re-sharpening as all this is done on site. We can produce any shape or mould required on our CNC 5 head Weinig moulder. A piece of sawn timber can be planed 4 sides and moulded in 1 pass, saving time and to an excellent finish. Being CNC, every mould can be stored in its database, so if more of the same mould is required at a later date, customers can expect exactly the same pattern as before to match.
